Partnering through Equipment Loans
One key way we Love Albany is by loaning equipment to other community groups to help their events generate more neighborliness and fun in our city.
Many community groups want to see our city thrive and create fun community events. Often the costs of renting equipment can be a barrier to providing/ creating fun.
Any equipment owned/maintained by Love Albany can be borrowed free of cost by other nonprofits and community groups who are serving the community.
Available Equipment & Loan Policies
We have a variety of equipment available for loan including:
- Lawn games (cornhole, connect 4, jenga)
- Inflatable soccer darts
- Inflatable basketball
- Chairs
- Tables
- Sound equipment
- Projector/ screen
- Bounce House
- Grill
Request Process
Once we receive your form, we will work on our end to check if there are any conflicts. If your loan requires Love Albany staff/volunteers it will take more time to confirm.
Equipment loans are not confirmed until you receive our equipment confirmation letter via email
